TWF is committed to working in collaboration with our partner schools. By committing to deliver YPI you are providing an opportunity for your students to develop important skills via a creative, real-world learning experience. This form outlines the terms and conditions of engagement and requires practical information related to your school’s delivery model, estimated timeline, and key contacts. School name:* Local authority:* YOUR SCHOOL’S COMMITMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS Submission of the Participating School Commitment (PSC) represents your formal agreement to deliver the YPI programme to a successful conclusion, in partnership with TWF, during the 2022/23 academic year. The Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team commit to: Empower delivery of YPI and support the programme to a successful conclusion during the 2022/23 academic year with a full year group as core curricular activity. Provide overarching support to the YPI Lead Teacher and programme delivery team. Engage in sessions with the YPI Regional Facilitator and delivery team to support high-quality planning and delivery of the programme and to maximise the impact of YPI. Develop and embed YPI as a core feature of the school curriculum, culture, and community. Ensure the £3000 YPI Grant is awarded to a local, OSCR-registered, social service charity. Provide the space and time for practitioners to participate in shared learning and development opportunities offered by TWF. Understand that in their fourth year of programme delivery and beyond, the school will be responsible for contributing a minority portion of the £3000 YPI Grant. The Lead Teacher commits to: Maintain clear and open lines of communication with the YPI Regional Facilitator before and during programme delivery. Coordinate and engage in three sessions with your YPI Regional Facilitator which will enable the planning and delivery of the programme and to maximise the impact of YPI. Work with the delivery team and SLT link to develop a clear programme timeline. Coordinate and participate in learning and evaluation activity including student and teacher surveying. Participate in shared learning and development opportunities offered by TWF. TWF commits to: Facilitate three sessions with a YPI Regional Facilitator which will enable the planning and delivery of the programme and to maximise the impact of YPI. Ring-fence £3000 grant funding to your school community. Provide a suite of resources to support your school’s completion of the programme. Deliver shared learning opportunities to support programme embedding, development and innovation. Work closely with regional and national education partners to ensure the programme aligns with key education priorities. Additionally, the participating school will: Respect copyright legislation with regards to programme resource materials. Recognise and assume the risk of students contacting and liaising with local charities. Understand that TWF accepts no liability or responsibility to the school and/or any third party for injury and personal property damage whilst participating in YPI.
